All About Bernedoodles!
What is a Bernedoodle?
A Bernedoodle is a cross between a poodle and a Bernese Mountain Dog. The mix of traits from each breed makes for a loving, fluffy companion dog many of whom go on to be therapy / service dogs. The Bernese Mountain Dog lends it’s loyalty and good nature and the Poodle adds a high level of intelligence and non shedding coat.

The Bernedoodle Coat.
Bernedoodle coats vary greatly. Some bernedoodles have a soft fleecy coat that is straight. This coat type tends to shed more than the curlier coat.
The wavy coated bernedoodles tend to shed less and sometimes not at all.
Curly Coated Bernedoodles are best for those with allergies as this coat type is usually very low to non-shedding.
